What is a Soul Deep Woman? AI tells me it is a “person who is wise, genuine, and deeply reflective.” The key traits that identify her are authentic living, deep empathy, and inner strength. She feels deeply, understanding not only her own feelings but the pain and joy of others with great care and kindness. She is a skilled listener and values deep connections. Her strength comes from her core and knowing who she is.
Lachlan Brown, in an article in Soulful Parenting 2025, says: “If a woman has a beautiful soul, you’ll know it not by how she looks but by how she makes you feel. Her presence inspires kindness, authenticity, and hope. She leaves a mark not because of what she has, but because of who she is.” She offers nine unique qualities:
- She makes people feel seen and heard
- Her kindness isn’t selective
- She exudes quiet strength
- She is comfortable with vulnerability
- She radiates authenticity
- She uplifts others without needing the spotlight
- She carries humility in her victories
- She sees beauty where others overlook it
- She leaves people better than she found them
They are rare, but I am blessed to have a few in my life. I’ll bet you have a few too.
HIStory has often omitted these women…but they exist. These soul-deep women have left their mark and been influential in various ways. All of them are inspirational.

Not everyone is born called, Soul Deep Woman. But you are. Your destiny is to speak truth to power. It is not a path for all. Not for the faint of heart. But here it is. And this fire that forged you, the adversity you endured, the abuse, the trauma- have within the seeds you must saw on the fertile ground of your tribe. You must teach them what you’ve learned on your own Heroine’s journey. You must help them join you in your vision for a better, more just, more humane world.
From the moment when you decided to heal inside, find your truth and mission and share it with the world, the gates of opportunity have been opened for you.

Let your knowledge, your knowing flow from you and mend the wounding of those that are waiting for your Holy Medicine.
